ABOUT ME, SAMANTHA JEAN!
Writer. Intuitive. Mirror-holder. Guide.
Hi love, I’m Samantha Jean and I help people come back to themselves.
I’m a mama of three, a multi-passionate creative, and a soul-led mentor who believes in real magic, the kind that shows up when you start listening inward, trusting your path, and telling your truth.
My Story
I’ve lived many lives in one. I’ve been the lost girl trying to find her way, the academic chasing validation, the woman unraveling in motherhood, and the soul who finally stopped running and started remembering.
I’ve walked through grief, trauma, rebirth, and big transformation. I’ve also walked beside clients through their own, and I’ve seen again and again that we all crave the same thing: to feel seen, known, and home in ourselves.
I live with fibromyalgia, hEDS, chronic fatigue syndrome, and other chronic illnesses. My healing journey hasn’t been linear - but it’s been powerful, humbling, and deeply human.
This work didn’t start in a classroom. It started in the trenches of my own body. My own nervous system. My own reclamation.
What I Offer
Today, I support those who are ready to:
Reconnect with their bodies and inner knowing
Heal nervous system dysregulation and stored trauma
Explore past lives, spiritual gifts, and subconscious blocks
Experience real, lasting shifts - emotionally, physically, and spiritually
I blend clinical tools with intuitive guidance. Hypnotherapy with soul. Energy work with nervous system repair. Cards with conversation. You don’t have to choose between science and spirit here - this space honors both.
Who I Serve
If you’ve felt disconnected from your body or intuition…
If you’ve carried pain - visible or invisible - for far too long…
If you crave a safe space to be fully yourself…
This work is for you.
I work with:
Women navigating chronic pain or illness
Moms seeking spiritual grounding and regulation
Veterans and survivors of trauma, including MST
Creatives, sensitives, and seekers on the path to deeper truth
What I Believe
Healing is not about fixing. It’s about remembering. It’s about safety. Slowness. And softness.
You are not too much. You are not behind. You are not broken.
You are a whole, wise being who maybe just needs a mirror held up long enough to see what’s always been there.
